Since retirement, Bailey continues to advise and strengthen companies of any industry that were crippled by the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Currently, she is the President and CEO of LMOStaff911 LLC (Lean Management, Marketing and Operations) providing IRB Search Data (analyst), ADP payroll and INTEL accounting / bookkeeping services along with a host of multiple advisory roles with clients.

During COVID 19 she created the government compliance structure for her client to operate an Amazon cross docking warehouse. She created the employee database in the ADP payroll system and managed the unemployment claims.

As President, she decided to expand into the steel sales market. and currently is operating with a certified minority business; to act as a Sales Executive and as the Operating Advisor ensuring product representation over all customer agreements. Her global reach with South Korea has brought capacity, quality steel and personal service to its future clients seeking to purchase tons of steel and it’s finished products. Products that include NI-alloy and seamless pipes or heavy forging are manufactured in South Korea for use across many industries.

Paquita has shown fortitude networking for a 7 year old minor boy who seeks treatment for Sickle Cell Disease. #TajHitmanHearnRusher.  She has participated in walks for the American Cancer Society, American Heart Association, and the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research; fundraising campaigns. More recently, she raises funds for the Chatfield Baptist Church Historical Marker Foundation
